Aaahhh...... excellent, John.
I've been waiting for these. :)
This is a favourite area for me. Black Mount, Rannoch Moor and Loch Tulla.
These images are among the best I have seen.
My favourites are 1,2,3 and 4. :)

How do you like the 20D.
Stupid question, I suppose, the images speak for themselves.

:D Hi again Cameron Thanks for the kind words
from my first day of using the camera i knew i was going to like it, the buffer speed
and startup time difference between the 300d was the big factor in my choice when i upgraded ,so far i can honestly say im more than happy with my choice

as for the area i know you know the area so i dont need to say too much regarding this in one word its STUNNING and so peacefull away from the day to day bustle of the towns and citys ive allready ordered a large print 30"x20" for the sitting room wall of one of the loch tulla shots

have you had your eyes on arran recently cameron theres a nice dusting of snow on it im heading over to goat fell this weekend fingers crossed weather permitting
ill come back with a few decent shots

regards john

Wow! Those are just great. I really want to visit Scotland. My great great grandmother came over to Canada from there (1821). Her name was Mary McIntyre.

Thanks for sharing.

Firstly thanks to everybody for the kind words and encouragement

as for the question regarding the lens these were all shot with the sigma 18-125mm

i feel it has a tendancy to produce slightly darker images but on this occassion i think most agrre here it suits the mood of the shots
