Was having a smoke outside the garden centre when I notices a ploom of black smoke eminating from a building a few blocks away. I had my camera gear as was doing some photos of the opening of a new cafe by the Hairy Bikers (UK Cooks who have a TV show and ride bikes)

So I jumped in the car to see if I could get any photos. Here are the resluts:

Never been that close to a factory fire before. You could hear the building groaning

I wonder for how many miles that black, billowing smoke was visible? That thing looks like it was raging! Nice shots... Puts you right in the action.

AWESOME shots. Man what a fire. looks hot and big, wish I could been there! Great shots. I am proud of you, it appears you did good staying out of the way and safe. Great work, if you can print off a copy and take it to the fire house. We tend to like to see ourselfs in action!.
