Was out today and took these photos of Robin in the snow
Wonder what you think of them ?

Maybe it's my monitor but they look a little flat.
Are they straight from the camera ?
If so maybe some levels and a little curves might help.

They are straight from the camera.
It was rather dark with some snow so maybe thats why they look flat.

Yes, I agree, the snow and the low light would make it difficult for the cameras exposure.
I would suggest you try some post processing.
In my opinion people kid themeselves that perfect images can be achieved straight from the camera.
They can't, even film is " processed ".
