What is the technical term for the card that photographers distribute that has three or four images on one side and contact info on the other? IIRC, they're usually in the 5x7 size range...
The ones I've seen are usually printed on good-quality, glossy card stock.
Is it called a "Promo Card?"

Yeah you can call them promo cards. I don't think it really matters. If you’re only going to use a single 5x7 I would only post one image on it. It works better when trying to catch someone’s eye. If you want really beautiful promo materials you can go with a Trifold 5x7. You can use http://www.modernpostcard.com/ for pretty high quality stuff or just go with www.overnightprints.com I use them all the time for stuff. They are cheap and still very good quality but they don’t have a trifold option. I would also make sure you have a pretty hot list of potential clients if your going to spend the cash on a trifold.

I forgot to ad that www.overnightprints.com has a couple sale codes you can use if it does not automatically generate them for you. "postcardsale" if you order any postcard products gives a really nice discount and "10off" or “10free” for business cards used to work for me when I ordered.
