Thank you for your great comments on my American Goldfinch. I was about 5 feet away dewmuw at about 300mm.
Reigh, you do not need a Rebel, youd doing fine now with all your great shots.

Beautiful shot, We don't seem to be getting the goldfinchs around here as much as we used I can't remember the last time we had some.
