Swamp Horses

This was taken 9am when fog was just lifting. Looks like its out in the country but actually out the back door of my father-in-laws house in a heavily populated area of southeast Texas. One of my first pics with new Canon Digital Rebel full auto. I've used a Canon AE-1 35mm film camera for over 20 years. Digital is great. This forum is fantastic.

I like the lighting in this photograph alot. but I think it might be a little to busy. it almost takes your eyes off the horses. but I like the photo still.

I agree. I like the fog and lighting, but there is too much going on in the forground. Is this a picture of the yard or of the horses? A photo should have only one subject.

I agree. Too much stuff. But the fog was lifting and the horses were moving so I jumped on it.
