Yea it looks like he is checking you out. What kind of hawk is it?

It's a Northern Harrier or Swamp Hawk.

The hawk's face does not look like a Northern Harrier. Sometimes it is difficult to identify without seeing the size of the bird.

I should have put "I think" before the ID. The bird is on the big side, I looked at the
Audobon Field Guide and I think it was a match.
