First Picture with SLR

This was my first picture with a SLR (Sears KSX- 50m 2.8 ). Probably one of the best shots I have taken. Dumb luck I guess. It is of my wife on our Honeymoon. Am I just biased or is this a pretty good Photo?

P.S. I scanned the negative and have not PSed it yet. The Print was much better looking.

Beautiful comp. I like the reflexion on the sunglasses. Also the short DOF seem to work well on the pic.

i wonder how it would look for you to crop on her left eye to get the reflection of you taking the picture . . . that would seem cool . . . PS could help you sharpen it up . . .just a thought.

Thanks guys. I know it could use a good round of Photoshop. I just scanned the negative and resized it. I will re-scan this weekend and use my limited Photoshop knowledge to fix it up. I have access to a large format printer. Just need to figure out what size to print. :D

P.S. She does have beautiful eyes.
