How long does it take for you to set up a studio

I do not have a dedicated room for a studio so am using the living room for shoots.
It takes me about half ah hour to set up all the lights backdrops etc. The same is to break it dows.
I actually enjoy doing this but it still takes time.
Do you guys have similar time frame ? Where do you store all those lighstands ?

I dont usually do backdrops. But it takes me about 15 minutes.

Takes me 30-45 minutes, including BG stands, seamless roll, 4 lights, and my laptop for tethered shooting.
