Hi I was thinking of buying this, and was wondering if anyone else has used it.
I wanted to buy the DigiSlave Flash Trigger to correct my slave strobes from firing with the preflash. Do you think this would work.

Thanks for your help.

They are a little more expensive, but I buy the Wein Digital Ultra Slaves, just because I trust Wein.

You originally posted that you will be using a slave that ignores the preflash. That suggests to me that you are using an ETTL flash and want to add a monolight to be fired by a slave. No PC cords are involved. You plug the slave into the external slave input of the monolight. You would have to plug one into each light that you add. Combining ETTL and manual lights is a pain. You would be better off going all manual or all ETTL. You can put a 550EX on the hot shoe in M mode and arrange your monolights anyway you want. Then use a flash meter to adjust them.

If you are just using your G3 and monolights, you don't need a digital slave at all. Connect the pc cord to the G3 via a PC connection if it has one or use a Hot Shoe to PC Connector and then the other end of the PC cord to a monolight. Set the other monolights to slave. There is no ETTL in this situation.
