This doesn't link directly to the pdf file. On this page you have to specify what camera you're looking for. In the three boxes you need to enter EOS camera systems, Digital EOS cameras and 20D. On the next page click on the "Drivers and Downloads" tab. On the next page the file you're looking for is at the bottom of the section titled "Guides and Manuals."

Also, Canon might just send you a "real" paper manual for free. I got a spare for my 40D (in a gigantic box) as well as a reprint for the EOS3 film body I bought
