Hello all! Last week I shot another perspective of the Manette Bridge in Bremerton, Wa. It will be torn down for a new bridge in 2010, this I am trying to shoot some different looks of this beautiful old structure before it leaves our town. This shot was taken under the Boat Shed Restaurant that sits over the water below the bridge. The dark objects in the photo are pilings that I used to frame in the bridge. It was foggy and kind of spooky going where I probably should not have been. Thus the life of a photographer. Hope you like this shot. Comments welcome.....good or bad!

lovely image, but I'm not so sure i like the piling on the left... looks more like torn paper or something... would have preferred the whole bridge to be visible.

Personally, I like the framing and the colors and the mood and everything.

nice shot. i think you've definitel conveyed what you wanted with the fog, colour and texture. i'm just not sure whether the frame, especially on the left works for me. heh, so true what you say - the life of a photographer. the number of times i've spent hours just checking out one location to get that one image lol

Thanks everyone! When I opened this shot on my computer, I was tempted
to take the pilings out, but I really kind of liked the way they framed in the
bridge. It was a bit risky leaving them in, but the more I view this photograph
as it is, the more pleased I am with it.....Lance
