Nighthound

This is far less exposure time than needed to resolve much of the nebulosity in this region but thin clouds in this part of the sky forced me to abandon my effort for the night. At far left is open star cluster M38, to its right is open cluster NGC 1907. At the far right is the nebula IC 417 and below it is NGC 1931.
I also managed to shoot the Monkey Head Nebula(NGC 2175) after the clouds cleared and added over an hour of time on Thor's Helmet(NGC 2359), both of which I'm still processing.
Takahashi Sky 90 II • Losmandy G11 • Canon 20D(unmod) • 20 x 240 sec. exposures combined (unguided) • Noel's Astro Tools in PS CS3
