Airport Shots

Thought I'd share a couple of planes from our local airport here, criticism is more than welcome. The sun was hiding behind the clouds and would come out sporadically. I was shooting in AV mode with it set at 5.6.

play with your camera angles and maybe allow the planes to go as abstract shapes

Thanks for the advice gents, here's a couple more for your consideration! The one with the plane landing I'd like to think is a little artsy, the other was taken as the sun was setting making the sky a dark orange which you can kind of see reflected in the plane.

With regards to the shadow on the back portion of the plane, would you remove that to enhance the image or just leave it as is? I'm only using the Canon software and don't have Photoshop yet!
