Which one do you guys think works better? How are they overall?

i think i like the HDR because of the red and greens, both look good. seem a touch soft though

I think if you increase the saturation a little on the regular, it would be perfect. And the regular one is my favorite. Great job!

Regular is better -- and a great shot.

I think if you drop the black/shadow slider a few points in Levels.......on the HDR image it might sharpen things up a lil.....meaning the glow from some of the building wont bleed into the sky/surrounding areas as much.
I like the HDR but think if you tweak it some more it can look even better.
