Focusing screens.....

Hey guys i was wondering if any of you have upgraded your focusing screen.I typically use live view when im having trouble manual focusing or if a scene is too darkly lit but i was thinking of trying out the katz eye focusing screen. I wanted to know if anyone has tried them or other focusing screens and with what results.

I tried a Katz eye in my 40D for a while and it worked some of the time. I did find the ring and prism distracting when I used the MPE-65, not so bad with the 180 Macro though.

The main problem was seeing the subject through all of the clutter on the focus screen.

I have now taken the Katz eye out and installed the EF-S Canon precision screen and am very happy with it.

PS I almost never use live view.
