Hello

I am using PS6.

Ok I have taken 400 wedding photos and I want to create an action to convert them all into B&W. My normal method for turning to Black and White is as follows

Image > Mode> Lab Color
Show Layers>Channels> Click on Lightness
Image>Mode Grayscale
Image> Mode> RGB Color
Then adjust The levels accordingly.(For this I have done 10,1.00,250 for averages)

Long winded Maybe but it works for me.

So I am now trying to create an action to do this in Batch.
When I run the action I get

"The command Convert Mode is not currently available"
The Object Lightness Chanel is not currently available
The command Levels is not currently available
The command save is not currently available
The command close is not currently available

Any ideas?

What is specified in the "Source:" field in the Batch window when you run the batch?
