Congrats, Dad! We just had our first 3 months ago... shoot a lot now, edit later :)

There is a quick, easy fix to the above photo if you want... Photoshop > Levels > use the right most eyedropper and click a bright spot on the white sheet. The white balance and exposure are easily correctable.
