The first large gathering of the biker community that i'm part of took place this afternoon... I used it as an opportunity to take some candid shots of people i know, so they're less inclined to bop my box... but after reviewing al the pics i took, this one stood out for me... hope you like the colours

a nice capture as well.
not sure if it could be improved upon though. i like it but it seems there might have been a better show/crop just lurking there.

Monty... it's the law here that we _have_ to wear helmets... and I for one am grateful for it... it's doubtful i'd be still here without it.
I agree, there probably was a better angle / crop to, but it was a quick snap to be honest :o although i do like the result as is.

well yes the laws state you must wear a helmet, but that does not mean the bikers do. some do, but many do not.

i still like the pic as you do. just making a comment.
for myself i see a shot, but do not always get "the" shot.
things are improving for me to see the best shot, but that will only come with time and practice.

First off great shot! The colors and composition are excellent IMO. I think I would have rather wanted to see the front helmets in focus and everything behind it gradually becoming more out of focus. But either way great pic!
