Yale beat Cornell and Columbia this weekend. Good games and excellent action. These were captured with a 85/1.8 - f/2.0, 1/400s, ISO 1600.

Nice.......now this is Basketball. Top athletes doing amazing gyrations with their bodies and putting it in the hoop. I must be such a thrill to shoot the game. If I had to pick a favorite it is between #1 & #3. I'm leaning towards #3.

I'll place my vote for #1 owing to the energy, muscle detail, and facial expressions on the dunker and the dunkee.

Player #4 is a 6'7" guard in his senior year. He is a team leader and remarkable athlete with vertical jets in his sneakers. I had never seen him dunk before. I feel lucky to have caught this one - the last home game of his career at Yale.
