i could have sworn i read that the sx1 was coming out in november. anyone know officially when it'll be out?

It's not (so far at least) being released in the US.

20X zoom is impressive, but same tendency to blow out highlights as the SX10?

iso beyond 400 is useless. pink edges just like the sx10. this isn't looking very promising if this is going to have a high price tag. lets see how it handles the high def video quality
