Equipment: Canon ZR70 (video) and Canon S5IS (still)
Problem: computer does not acknowledge the video camera when I go to download prior to creating a DVD/CD. Has no problem with the S5.
Original hard drive was way over half full and I installed 2ea 500G hard drives. Programs copied over from the original drive to the new drive. And now I think I'm missing something here. Tried the USB plug.....nothing......tried the DV plug....nothing.
Used to be the system would identify any external device, and ask what I wanted to do. Now it only does it for the S5......and thumbs it's nose at the '70.
I have Nero 9....SONIC and ArcSoft.....
Any suggestions??
