My first attempt of creating HDR using a trial version of software. It looks like the noise is terrible. C&C welcome. Thanks.

I like the composition and the HDR processing.
Try the latest version of Photomatix...it is really good handling with Noise...

thanks for sharing

I suppose the noise might be more apparent on the full size images but IMO the shots
posted here look great! If I look real close at #2 in the clouds, I can see a little bit, but the focus is not on the clouds anyway! great shot!

I don't see any over the top noise. Creating a HDR in a program is only half the job though. Once you have that, open it in CS3 to finish it, including NR and sharpening. ;)

Thanks everyone for the encouraging comments.

I gathered picking the right scene is the key and not every photo looks good in HDR.

Picking the right scene is everything. When using 3 or more frames to merge into an HDR, things that move are going to cause problems, like windblown leaves, grass, tree limbs, even birds, cars moving, people walking or waving arms. I've found that stone, concrete, metal, cloudy sky, have the most impact, while stuff like trees, forest, grass, green things, don't do so well.
