Most folks start off with a bulb blower ... the best I've seen is the Giottos rocket blower (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=259157&is=REG).

If that doesn't get the job done, most resort to products such as this (http://www.pbase.com/copperhill/image/39082096).

sensor swabs
(unless the blower takes care of it, of course)

Rocket blower first, like the one Jay recommended, then sensor swabs if that fails. I gave mine 5-6 good blasts 2 or 3 times until 90% of the dust was gone. It made a huge difference.
