I used Photoshop's plugins Topaz Adjust and Topaz Denoise and Photoshop itself.

Although not my style (of car), the Cadillac is my favorite. Also, good job on maintaining reasonable skin tones on the Motorcycle Cop....sometimes that can get away in HRD's.

Once , I took a picture of police checkpoint near the US Capitol in Washington DC.......two cops ran to me in a minute...they were really nice ......didnt beat the crap out of me lol.......just asked me a bunch of questions , that's it.......there's no signs or some kinda law that says - you cannot take a picture of a cop.

I'm going to bust out the telephoto and take pics of some cops now.....sounds like an interesting challenge! An alternate might even be to ask them permission first. They seem to make great looking subject matter as HDRI's as shown here.
