I have a question regarding how to connect a Canon Xsi with The Discoverer Bausch and Lomb 60mm Telescope. I just bought a Canon Xsi and my grandfather gave me his telescope so I could attach it. He gave me a Bausch and Lomb Telephoto adapter. On the outside it says Bushnell # 20-0008. This screws into the eyepiece of the telescope. The only problem is that it was made for a 35mm camera and is too small for my camera. I have been looking on the net but I am new to the Dslr thing and have no idea what I am doing. Do I just need a T mount to attach it? Or do I need a new adapter to connect to the telescope? Thanks for your help.

From a quick googling, that looks like a t-ring for an Olympus camera. It looks like it would screw onto a #22-3030 t-adapter (which has a chart of magnification and FOV on it).

If you have that t-adapter, likely, you just need an EOS-specific t-ring (like the TTCE from ScopeStuff (http://www.scopestuff.com/ss_tadpt.htm)), but as I said, that's just a best guess from the two pictures I found via google. I don't recommend the Celestron t-ring, as I and others have had bad experiences with it.
