Hello Experts, I need your recommendations and your suggestions, I will be covering a large indoor Christmas Party which is also a 50th Celebration and 175 people will be in attendance.
The ceilings are very high with chandeliers and they have requested that I take a group shot of 175 people all together on the dance floor.
I have a canon D60 camera and I do have a wide angle lens along with a 70-200mm lens and I have the 550ex speedlite along with the 430ex speedlite.
I have 2 soft boxes one larger and one small but I was not sure if I should bring those.
I really need some suggestions on how to do this. I will be doing couple portraits in front of the Christmas tree for a small fee and was wondering if I should not use flash or if I should use flash or if I should cover my flash with a diffuser?
There will be a champagne toast and there will be an award ceremony on stage and I will have 1 other person with me to help with back up shots.
I appreciate your suggestions and will be going to view the facility in2 more days and the event is in 7 more days. Thanks
