Impact kit with cactus V2s trigger attached, Flash too high?

Does anyone have a photo illustrating what this would look like? Wouldn't this place the flash very high and past pointing to the center of the umbrella?

The kit I am speaking of is the impact kit from B&H for about 100.00 that includes two light stands, two umbrellas, and two flash/umbrella adapters. The adapter is pretty tall already...

can you take the cactus trigger and loosen the screw that holds the base to the working end and lean the flash forward a bit and then use the tilt head on your flash itself to aim it from there?

might have to pull the umbrella out a bit though if you have enough room on the handle to do so. not 100% how it wuold do though as I don't have an umbrella yet :-(
