Wales Rally GB Day 3

Well here it is the last day of Wales Rally GB.

Headed just 5 minutes from my front door to Margam to the Jump. What a day!

Seeing Sebastian Loeb over it on the last time as he needed to be fastest to win the event. This he did! i have never seen someone try to take this jump at this speed it was surreal, A real win it or bin it mode!

#7 Youngster 17 year old Tom Cave braking into the top 30 finish on his first ever attemp after only passing his driving test the week before.

Cracking shots again Jon, the Loeb shot is awesome. Certainly sounds like he gave it everything on the last stage to get the win over Jari. Really missed not going this year :-(

Congratulations Jon,absolutely fantastic work ,and really pleased to see these,makes my pitiful efforts look very 2nd class .
I did walk past here 2nd time through,but thought the view from the other side of yump with sun in face would be a problem,though plenty were there.
You do have a velvet tongue and great skills for all your rally Wales shots,and you and a few others are rather raising the bar to bits that I need a step ladder to reach !

A quote from friends i appear on WRC TV on eurosport ,dave, ralio and BRC TV almost as much as the top crews LOL

I'll have to start charging them in future to film me haha

Great shots,

I also thought of going to The jump in Port Talbot, but also thought that 100's of others would be doing the same so went to Rheola instead. Don't see much at 5'6 and lots of people in the way.

Nice to see the last photo being the all conquering Forces Land Rovers and them being cheered on to the end. This is something not seen by many but is well captured in that final shot.
