Hi all,
Went snowboarding in Feb and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also took my 300D with me, packed tightly in a LowePro Nova 4 bag! :-)
Attached are a couple of shots from the top of the mountains. I also did some panoramics which I will post when I have stitched them together ;-)
Comments are very much welcome.

So fresh, I can almost smell the purity and remind me the summit of Black Comb in Canada.

Thank you very much everyone for your encouraging comments. I was very happy with some of my results.
Using a Lee 0.6 ND Grad and a polariser at the same time, brought out the colours and added some life to these shots. If you have Hoya or Cokin filters (I have both and am in the process of getting rid of them) and if you do a lot of wide angle panoramics there is a serious amount of vignetting with these and the filters are not long enough if you want to, for example, put the gradutated section higher up in the shot, or lower down.
I've managed to play with some of the panoramics I did, to get rid of the wide angle vignetting and added an effect which I am pleased with. The originals are just as good, thought I would try out a technique I learned ;-)
See what you think. I can post the originals as well, if people are interested.

Now that's a good place for snow to be, not where I'm at. Absolutely spectacular shots! :)
