First of all, let me thank you to all who gave me your advice ;)
This past saturday I had my first wedding pictures. I was sooooooooooo nervous and I thought at one point that I couldnīt do it. Some pictures I lost due to my inexpirience, but I got some other that I thought Iīd share with you.
I am giving the pictures as a present to the bride and groom (I didnīt charge for them).
I would really appreciate some comments or advice. Thanks for looking.

Nice shots.
First advice: find some sort of image hosting website to keep your images online (Pekka is generous to allow uploading to the web server when needed, let's not abuse it).
Seems like you've been shooting under some harsh conditions (direct sunlight). I think you did great given the circumstances.
For the shots with the "green" background, you could have used a larger aperture to blur the background a little. However, you can do some "creative editing" in photoshop to make the images pop.
I like the candid shots. You caught some cool moments.

Thank you for the comments. Yes, the sunlight was so hard and the bride and groom kept making funny faces. I will try to blur the background.
About the hosting, I am kind of new... Is there a number of pictures we are able to upload when we post here?... Thanks.

Fer,
I think this are great pictures, and of course, you where there to have fun at the party, not just to take pictures, so as cmM said, just a larger aperture, and you will have a great result, but nothing that PS can't solve.
Where was the wedding? here in México city?
Cheers!

I like them alot, a lot of nice candid moments too, those are the ones that really capture the moment of the day, I think. =o)
If I was in your shoes I'd probably blur the backgrounds on some of those, the greenery for example to bring in the focus on the couple. If you have a posed one of the couple, I'd mess around with it and try to do it in black and white and then tint just her red bouquet or something, that would be a neat effect.
And is it just me or is the candle picture slightly out of focus?
I think they're really good, I hope I do as well next month when I take my first wedding photos with my 20D, I'm so nervous I'll mess up! =o/ Any advice on how to get over it or prepare?!

Thanks for your comments. I was really nervous too!, but once you hold the camera and start shooting, you will forget about all except your job. Youīll have fun.
I would try to catch those candid moments, those are priceless... I would also use a larger aperture so your pics wonīt come out as mine, so the background get blurry.
I donīt know how big is your card, but mine (1GB) was full when the ceremony was over, so bring with you another card...
Hmmm... I think thatīs it. Good luck and donīt forget to share your work when you are done.

There will be lots of candids, but I know the bride (my future sister in law) wants A LOT of posed, so that's what the main focus is gonna be since she's the boss. =o) Since I'm still learning about my 20D I think I'll just shoot the pictures and edit them after the fact, I just mastered the blur effect in my new program and some other things, so i think I'm gonna just shoot good shots and then edit backgrounds and alike after the fact.
I've got a 4Gig microdrive as well as a 256Mb CF card, so I think I'll be set. With the highest Jpeg setting which I noticed made prints good up to 20x30 on York Photo's website, I can still shoot 1250 pictures with it, and then 87 with the 256mb card. I think I'm set. =o)
I hope I do great, I'm trying to prepare and research stuff before I jump into this, I still got a month to go....so I'm sure I have plenty of time to get more nervous! And of course I'll share my work after I'm done, need some comments to improve for future weddings. =o)
Thanks for the tips!

Then try to shoot in RAW, itīs easier to work on the raw when you are kind of new (which I am also ;) ) and then, if u want, use PS.

Harsh light in top photos make it look like common.
But what can you do in those circumstances?
You did good with what you had.

Thanks! I should have figured that one out, I feel so blonde right now (no offense to any blondes out there - figure of speech).
I looked up what kind of software came with my camera, it was Photoshop Elements, is that the same thing as just plain photoshop? And can I ask ya another one, how did you go about tinting just the bouquet, did you copy the bouquet and then turned the whole picture B&W and added the colored bouquet again or is there an easier way of doing it (that's what I've done so far with somewhat good results).

Nice shots on the first page.. I like the 2nd, 4th and 6th most. The black and white with a selected color detail ones I don't like, because I find them corny, BUT that's just me, however they seem to appeal ALOT to general public and in this context I would say they look great. The first one has a 3d effect, but unfortunately the bride's face is in shadow... The second one has better light, but I think the bouquet is too bright... dark red roses would be a lot better - these are things I notice that could be improved.
I think you should have used (more?) flash, despite strong sunshine, because of unwanted shadows...

I have Adobe Photoshop CS, it is more complete than Photoshop elements, I think.
What I did with the bouquet was duplicate the background, make a selection of the bouquet, then selected inverse, then I put "colorize" in the resolution dialog box, then I desaturated the image and then deselected it, so that way the bouquet wasnīt touched.

Just a quickie....When I shoot outdoor pictures in bright sunlight, I use a fill flash to decrease the amount of shadow on the face and under the chin. Some people thought I was nuts to be flashing in the middle of the day but it really made a big difference in the photos. At night, I throw on a diffuser and soften up the amount of light...it has a really nice effect. Just thought I'd pass along those little tips.:)

Fer,
If you are willing to pay for it, I have been using smugmug.com to store my images. You have to convert them to jpeg, but having a third place to store my files makes me feel a little better should a drive fail. They charge US $35 per year for unlimited space. They have a 8MB single file size limitation, but I've only come across a dozen or so images that had to resized. The nice thing is that once you've put the images up, you can link to several different sizes of the image using their "share" feature. Feel free to take a look at my site (http://www.smugmug.com/?referrer=stxIahsNGCmyU). If you want to try you can use my coupon code (stxIahsNGCmyU) to save a few bucks on registration. Oh yeah, you can order prints, and they're not half bad.
Secondly, I love the shot of the couple's hands, very nice.
