What style is this [Archive] - Canon Digital Photography Forums

Im looking to achieve this style of photography and would like to have some tips and pointers on how i could do it. The photographer is Terry Richardson.

What lighting/exposures/settings would you suggest? I have an XTi

Looks like alot of direct flash to me, and probably purposely over-exposed a bit.

I don't think there is alot of technical stuff about it, his "style" is more about the content itself.
