Skateboarding

I've recently bought a Canon 580EX II for my Canon [400D] to aid my new lease of life towards skateboarding and BMX photography

I'm currently using it on camera, hopefully wireless soon, and I'm in need of good suggestions for settings and such, or good tutorials.
