I hope someone can help me, I was playing around with the Canon software that came with my Canon 20D and noticed on the info square that pops up for each photo that tells me the IOS, focal lenght, white balance etc, on the bottom there's a space for owners name....how do I put that into my camera so its displayed on all my pictures?!

And another stupid question, I've been thinking about watermarking my digital photos, now will watermarking them show up on prints? Or is that just something that's displayed when viewing them? And how would I go about doing that for my 20D photos?

Thanks!

You use the view application (I forget its exact name, eos viewer maybe), connect your camera to the computer, then it's somewhere in the options. Watermarks are easy enough in photoshop, bit busy to explain right now.

EOS Viewer Utility | Options | Camera Setting. I include my phone number there as well. Can't hurt, right?

Thanks guys I appreciate it. I will have to do the owner's name thing this evening when hubby is home to keep the kids occupied (they like to click buttons and pull on cords). The phone number is a good idea. Thanks again! And I will have to check my photo programs if there's watermarking available in those, I've got another software coming in the next week or two so I can check it also. THANKS!
