Is it true what they say about Denver and golfing, that the air is so thin up there you don't even need a driver, nothing longer than a 2 iron to hit 300 yards :-)

No...mere mortals don't hit 300 yard drives. It IS true about the weather, though...if you don't like the weather, wait a day, and it'll change! I grew up in Littleton, Arapahoe County, just south of Denver, and still call it home, although I've been away from there since 1961...

We're running a little behind the curve compared to last year. We've only had 40" so far, compared to 58" by this time last year. It's "White Gold" in this neck of the woods. It brings us lots of tourists that want to play in the snow. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it.
