Basically its just stuff you can get from walmart.

Two reflectors with 100 watt GE Reveal bulbs, a white poster board and you have the ghetto setup.

The shots of the cars were taken with my 20D, 50 1.8 and my super 500 flash bounced off the ceiling.

Those look pretty good! #2 I'd turn the front wheels the other way though.
