Hey guys,

i'm upgrade a friend's macbook tomorrow as I know how the process is done. I just wanted to know something...

as i was shopping for ram on the net, i stumbled upon these:

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=35353&vpn=RM25664AC667&manufacture=CRUCIAL%20TECHNOLOGY

what do you guys think? will this work for a late 2007 macbook (these can recognize up to 4gb of ram)

The only thing i know is that if its ddr2-667, pc5300, it will work work with macbooks regardless of the ram company. All rams these days are reliable no matter what brand you go with.

Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure what "Crucial Rendition" means, and I've ordered quite a few Crucial sticks of RAM over the years.

But Crucial RAM is generally very reliable. My old Macbook from early 2007 used 2 sticks of 1gb from Crucial, and I never had a problem.

Has RAM dropped in price or what? Wow.....

Due to the shared graphics memory in the macbook it is always recommended that you install matched pairs for best performance I have tested this and found it true I used to work for a school district with about 3000 of them I have used this kit alot without issue.
