I couldn't remove the colour cast on the whole image as your whites are pretty well white already. It could be the kid's natural colour or possibly reflecting from a nearby wall. If you want to de-green/yellow him a bit, I'd mask him out and then do some selective hue/colour balancing.
Great pose, though! well, not a pose, but a capture :D

Ya i think its just his skin tone, he is a very very tan baby, living in the high desert its hard not to be!!!
I will try to play around with it a little more, but im thinking thats just how its going to look!
