Going to pull the trigger on the calumet genesis light kit

Hello i am going to purchase the Calumet Genesis 200 light system.Is there a tutorial on how to place the lights?Do i need two lights or a single light?Is the 200 system enough or get the 400 system?I am new to this kind of system and going to be learning this as i go and would like to have some kind of starting point.Thanks for reading!:cool:

This is just one source. There is a lot out there on the net. We live in the information age. Google is your friend. I have the 200's and I find them to be more than enough for indoors.
