christmas Card Software

I'm looking for software/templates/borders, that will allow me to creative christmas and easter cards. I will be printing on site so the software should be easy to use. I want to print packages, like the package you can get when taking photos with santa in the mall. I know express digital has this software, however, I think it is just to much money and not very user friendly. Thanks

White House Custom color labs has templates that you can purchase for $25.00 and up...
Or you can purchase backgrounds from Istockphoto.com for about 10.00 a background...
