Any of you guys shoot speedway?
I managed to get inside the oval on a sunny day a few months back and ended up with some shots worth keeping
Both taken with a 1D MkIII, 70-200f2.8 set at 160mm, f3.3 ISO250 and 1/1000th

They're terrific, don't often see speedway shots and especially from the middle.
I went to Newcastle Speedway a few times in the past.

Great shots frisky. I shot at practise day last year with Steve Brock.
I will post a couple when I find them.

1st shot for me. A slower speed would be worth trying in the future, especially when panning, would give a better sense of motion.
