inside the store whose windows showed this scene
http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=61033
the first picture on this new post was taken a few minutes before that window shot
as I left the store I saw these ladies and I thought the headress was worth a picture .. including the lady
but as there were two together I didn't like to ask the lady on the left could I just take the one shot of her friend
they agreed I could take a shot
I took two real quick
I was grateful
as far as I could tell shots are not allowed in the store.
which I can understand.
I had one foot out the door anyway as this was right beside the exit
but then I saw the windows when I got outside and saw where the model
(we call them dummies over here. no offence to the clothes models)
where she was getting dressed inside and was almost finished when I got outside
but her wig (with the name thomas on it) and something else like an arm http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gifhttp://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif is on the floor of the window
she is not really ready for a shot
I had to be on my way so I took it anyway.
but that's the same model which is inside getting dressed
by the lovely real life girl
just to say I was only in the store for a few minutes..five at the most.
as I got a gift of a gift voucher around Christmas for that particular store
but the prices were so high
to pay the prices for anything would have been madness
http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
so three times I have been there (when in the city)
and never changed the gift voucher yet
someday I will treat someone to a cup of tea in their quicky café
the voucher is to the value of €150
I know I could purchase a pencil or something
but I hate bad value for money
and just won't do it. until I see something which is 'worth' it
or near worth it
even in the sales after Christmas their prices were beyond belief.
the voucher gave me more problems then I would have had without it
sounds horrible and thankless, but the place is a rip off
nice to have it in my pocket though
in case I end up on the streets

(ps
they don't do lens caps)
I sharpened the girl on the right's eye a little too much
but will leave it
just for now anyway
thanks
