I have done three HDR images of the same photo, processed in 3 different ways.
What is looking good and why? And what is not working? (C&C)
1.

I like the first one because it looks more dramatic although there is not a lot of detail.
The second one is just in the middle, :)
the third one looks like there was a problem with noise in everything below the horizon. I think
the third one would look awesome if the bottom of the image was cropped, thus lowering the horizon
so it was not the center of your image. Maybe some noise reduction before
processing which might also help in reducing the green cast throughout the city.

Awesome shot, btw...
I agree with number 2. Unless you really wanted to show the detail in the landscaping, 3 would be best, but 2 seems more "myserious" to me. I like the fact that I dont see much in the foreground. Opinions may vary.
I think depending on what youre trying to convey each image is right in its own way, but, I would say number 2 which you said too.
Don't really know what to say from a 'technical' stand point, though, sorry about that.
Where was this shot, btw?
The darkness & mystery in number 2 kind of reminds me of shots taken of the city in the Batman Dark Knight movie :D

I like #1, it's very dramatic. Artwork, makes your mind fill in the blanks. #2 for the sky.

#2 with just a slight lightening on the lower left to match the lower right and bingo.

I like #1 for the sky and #2 for the landscape. You should combine them together!
Great captured by the way.

Thanks everyone for your feedback!
I'll keep experimenting and try and get a final image I really like together!
Program: Photomatix Pro
Processing: Pseudo HDR of 4 JPG's (unfortunately, i dug this from the archives when I was a camera noob and didn't know about the wonders of RAW) +2, +1, 0 and -1
