This dude I guess was shooting candids of people crossing the street. He was by himself there for at least half an hour. I wonder what the heck he's doing with that much material. Hummm.. I thought my style of shooting was already very obvious until I saw that monster of a cam!

Just a guess, but maybe he's doing something Koyaanisqatsi styled?

wow cool, i know exactly where that is, i live about 4 or 5 blocks away from that exact corner haha. They're always shooting all kinds of things around the city. Just a couple months ago i think they were shooting a lincoln commercial on Bush St. for 2 days straight. In Oct. I stumbled upon a night shoot for a Movie that i guess is coming out later this year with Jennifer Anniston and Kevin Costner. This was out in front of the St. Francis.

I have seen similar used for wedding videos were they get the couple to stand still for 15 mins and just let people walk by. Then they play it back fast-forwarded so that the world appears to rush by. Neat effect, but needs a lot of footage. Maybe that's why he shot for so long?
