Help with shooting model and SUV

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me find out how to setup a model and a car. I'm not sure how to frame the questions properly, but I guess what I would like to know is what type of shots usually works. I tried searching, but all I could find was either with only vehicle or vehicle and import models... not quite what I want. I need to make sure the background is visible with the car, and I can't figure out what will work given I need to preferably have the car, the model, and the scenery in the back in the picture.

I'll be shooting in the afternoon (it'll probably be cloudy) and it's cold and snowy here in canada (not sure if that info is relevant). Unfortunately, I don't have off camera flash capabilities.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
