MY FIRST MOON

i have been watching this forum for a while now and have been in awe of all the fantastic pictures you guys post on here. so with that in mind i thought i would give it a go and boy its a lot harder then you think, well it was for me but i did get a few shots, heres the best of a pretty bad bunch taken with a canon 400D hand held with a tamron 70mm-300mm lens @f/14 1/600 sec iso 200 focal lenth 300.0mm c/c welcome

Not too bad at all ! A tad bit of noise . You really need to keep the ISO @ 100 for the moon and open the f/stop some , and slow down the shutter-speed for that lens . Tonight the moon will be 100% so give another try :D !

thanks for the info ron its much appreciated and as for the perigee moon i have not got a hope in hell :mad:its as cloudy as pea soup where we are
