It's a great time of year to do some moonlight snowshoeing. Here are 2 photos taken up at Mt. Baker backcountry ski area (WA) under a full moon at midnight. In the first photo, the color on the horizon is city lights, I believe. The second photo shows Orion, a wonderful winter constellation.
