I've been using my 20D for a couple of months now. I keep hearing people talk about all the features it has. What are they? Are there any hidden little features that have eluded me? What do you guys have your custom functions set to?

Much info previously discussed and found here (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=44168). The section on custom functions should be particularly helpful.
I use CF4 ... moves the focus control to the "*" button

But seriously...Tom, sit down with the manual and read it front to back. Play with the features. Shoot the same thing is different modes and see what changes they make. If you have had the camera for several months without discovering what it can do, then you've missed the entire boat. The 20D is THE most powerful prosumer camera on the planet.
What features were you looking for?

44 is regular movies and 45 is HDDamn, and I've been shooting 480i SD this whole time?!?! Boy do I feel stupid. :)
Seriously, though, since you are coming from a 10D, the first thing you might want to do check out the parameter sets. Parameter 2 is the same as the 10D's default (all flat), then there is the custom function to enable ISO 3200 which you might want to turn on since it's actually very usable on the 20D. Those are about the only two things that come to mind off the top of my head compared to the 10D.

I'm pretty much a newbie with the 20D too, but I really appreciate the ability to change shot settings quickly. For me the ease of controls is the top feature. Decent frame buffer is another great feature. People seem to think I'm a professional for being able to fire off 6 quick shots in raw. Little do they know my timing sucks and I want my bases covered!
Focus points with the joystick, and now that I know about the * to separate focus from exposure, I'll mess with that and probably love it too. Using the set button to change picture quality/type.
There are no "features" in that there's a list of marketing junk on the side of the box as you'd see in consumer stuff. The real features lend you to get better shots more frequently and efficiently.
