I was going through some old shots from last fall and thought this would help us know that nice weather is coming soon. 10D, 100-400 at 275, ISO 400, f13 at 1/160th of a second. Rocky Mountain National Park.

Nice shot of a wonderful animal . . . did you hand hold or are you on the tripod for this?

RJ, that was hand held. If I could do it over I problably would have upped the ISO to 800 and the aperture back to maybe f8 and I think it would have been sharper. I did crop and use some USM in PS/CS and when I saved as a smaller file I used bicubic sharper setting.

Looks plenty sharp to me, Mark. I'll be spending a couple months in CO this summer. Really anxious to get back out there.

Nice shot, it remindes me of a logo I've seen.
