I don't think he used any substance.. looks computer generated to me.. looks good though :)

That's my thoughts too. It seemed either over processed or it is computer generated.

i used flour for the "substance", only thing i did was remove the background

nothing computer generated, except for some PS

it wouldnt show all the details of the gun... plus it gives it a lil more dimension to it in my opinion..

I thought so, but I thought I'd ask before saying something stupid.

I used to have a fairly large handgun collection, and a couple years ago, I sold/traded them all off and ended up with three Sigs. .45ACP, 9mm/.375 Sig (swappable), and .40 S&W. I just love the fit/feel/workmanship of a Sig. None of them have been fired yet. They still have the factory packagin/grease on them.
